At Pulse Controllers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our modified gaming controllers. Each item is custom-made to enhance your gaming experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping

  • You receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect model or customization)

  • The item is defective or non-functional upon arrival

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Return Conditions

If your request qualifies for a return/refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused (unless it arrived defective)

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • You must include photos or videos showing the issue

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is approved due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the item is returned for other reasons (subject to approval), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital items (if applicable)

  • Custom-painted or highly personalized controller mods

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info@pulsecontrollers.com.au
