Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Orders

While we take every care to pack and ship your order securely, we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at info@pulsecontrollers.com.au with your order number and any relevant photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue as best we can.

Shipping Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If you need to make a change, contact us at info@pulsecontrollers.com.au within 12 hours of placing your order. We can only amend addresses before your order ships.
